A Triple Threat Book
Dominic Spinelli traveled a hard road from obscurity to stardom with the metal band Gasoline, and his success is tainted by regret and pain after the tragic death of his wife and daughter.
Noelle Young, lead singer of the band Winter Winds, may present a path for Dominic to leave his pain behind, but she, too, must wrestle with her own demons, before she can finally commit to loving Dominic and creating a new life for them both.
A story of redemption and new love set against the backdrop of touring heavy metal bands, Gasoline takes the reader backstage showing the rowdy, orgiastic debauchery of the hard-partying music world.
If "Fifty Shades of Grey" was too tame for you, you'll love books from Bella Jeanisse!
What I loved about this one is the reality. This IS life behind the metal scenes from the blatant open sex to the bloody fights. If you're looking for erotica, look no more. At the time of reading it, I was looking to connect more with the characters and that didn't happen for me in this one--although it could be because this was my first to read in this extensive series. There was a sweet love story going on amid the metal tour life and I did enjoy these two characters learning to trust again, but the particular hero in that story line cried a lot and although I do love me some man tears in the right setting, there were too many settings. I'm not at all knocking the book, in fact, it intrigued me enough that I may go on through the series, especially as the ending was very abrupt, and I suspect I'll learn to love these characters the more I read. Amazing job Bella Jeanisse!
